A TUI flight from Heraklion made an emergency landing at Brussels Airport.
TUI flight TB2252 made an emergency landing at Brussels Airport this afternoon of Tuesday, August 6 2024.
The Boeing 737-800 (registration OO-TUK) landed on runway 25L at 14:45 CEST. Fire trucks rushed to the scene.
All 174 passengers were evacuated via emergency slides immediately after landing.
According to a TUI spokesperson, an alarm of fire in the cargo hold triggered.
However, after inspection, no fire or smoke was visible.
